Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

How to Return an Item:

  • Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team at hello@comfy-socks.com to initiate your return. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  • Package Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
  • Shipping Label: We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Print the label and attach it to the package.
  • Ship the Package: Drop off the package at the nearest shipping carrier location as instructed in the return authorization email.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@comfy-socks.com
