Q: Is there a tracking code for delivery?

Q: When do you ship once I place the order?
A: We will ship out in 2 - 3 business day after the order is placed, we do not ship on weekends or any public holidays in Hong Kong. During peak season, from November to December, it will take longer time to ship out.
Q: I found one of the socks is defective, can I ask for a refund or a new pair?
