Q: How much is the shipping cost? Do they ship to my country?
 A: We provide free shipping on orders over US$45 to some countries, and some over US$65 and US$85. You may find the shipping cost at our shipping fee page, if you cannot find your country in the shipping section, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@comfy-socks.com.we will see what can we do for you.

Q: Is there a tracking code for delivery?
 A: Tracking code will be provided to most countries, you can see the comment section in the order, we will update it once we ship out.

Q: When do you ship once I place the order? 
A: We will ship out in 2 - 3 business day after the order is placed, we do not ship on weekends or any public holidays in Hong Kong. During peak season, from November to December, it will take longer time to ship out.

Q: I found one of the socks is defective, can I ask for a refund or a new pair?
A: Of course we can refund the defective goods or we can arrange a new pair to you.
